2024-02-18 22:52:50 +0000 UTCI made carpaccio with home grown zucchinis from my neighbor. I recommend everyone reading this to give it a try! You can drizzle a bit of olive oil over it, toast some pine nuts and top the zucchinis with it. Really, you can do *a lot* and get creative!
