She just grabs her opponent’s arm and makes it painfully obvious that she’s not put any pressure on it at all. If anything it looks like she’s pushing it down not pulling on it. And the manhandle slam is what I imagine the Rock will look like when he’s 80 years old and shows up to hit one last rock bottom. Like yes she’s obviously great in the ring but her signature moves are just so underwhelming

The whole point of Cena heel turn is being anticlimactic... take the W and not giving the fans what they wanted and that was exactly it. We were all expecting an over the top star power in this match and a hero building for the 17th, and by giving us a basic heel title change without an actual "big name" wrestler costing Cody the title they did exactly that

2025-04-22 04:16:08 +0000 UTCTravis Scott completely killed the momentum of an already slow main event on night 2. There were a lot of good matches and some great moments i.e. Joe Hendry vs Randy Orton but I honestly couldn't help feeling a bit underwhelmed when it was all said and done. Maybe I set my expectations too high, but Cena and Cody didn't live up to the hype for me. Santi is absolutely right in saying the crowd didn't show up, you could feel the lack of crowd interactions in some of the biggest moments. All in all it was a good Mania. Look forward to seeing where the storylines go from here.
