November Patron Pack! Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! While I know it's not a holiday everywhere, I hope that wherever you are in the world, you're doing as well as you can be given the state of things. It's good and useful to occasionally take a moment to set aside everything that is a cause of concern and worry and fear, and even in the worst of circumstances, take stock of what there IS to be thankful for.

Gratitude is the beginning point for everything that we consider human "goodness," and even simply being able to be happy requires that you are grateful for something. Everything positive is downstream from gratitude. You have to start there for any of the rest to be able to fire in the complex meat-machine that is your own mind. 

I am enormously grateful for the support everyone has shown me over the years. Despite downtimes and failings on my end, all of you who stick around and stand by me through all the noise have been the greatest privilege in my life. I'm still here, doing this, 20 years down the road, primarily because I consider it something to be grateful for that I have the opportunity to be able to make people happy (in various ways) with what I do. Knowing that the end effect of sharing my drawings is that it gives other people something that makes them happy - is a privilege.

A lot of artists view this as other people get to enjoy their art. I really view it as me getting to do something people enjoy. That slight but significant distinction in perspective makes a huge difference in how it lets me be grateful, which lets me be able to be happy, too. 

I hope you're all doing well, and even if things are rough - FIND anything at all in your life that you can be grateful for, and actively >practice< engaging your mind in the acknowledgement and appreciation of that something. Be grateful. It will allow you to be less stressed, less anxious, and happier.

This month has been a rollercoaster, so productivity has been down, but as a special treat, there's a few new collabs in this one, with colors by Wuffamute!
