BTW Ames, I DETESTED the movie Shakespeare in Love. It has been speculated that it beat out Saving Private Ryan for Best Picture due to Harvey Weinstein lobbying for votes from members of the Academy.

Just a shame it went downhill after that one. Btw I can't believe you haven't checked out any of Mel Brooks' parodies yet! They are on another level compared to the parodies you've watched so far: Spaceballs, History of the World Part I and Robin Hood: Men in Tights are certainly worth a watch.

I cant let this go without mentioning Simon Rex in Scary Movie V with one of the funniest scenes I've EVER seen! Simon would later go on to star in RED ROCKET, Simon Bakers mini-masterpiece about a down and out porn star which I thought was the best film of 2021 (along w/THE LAST DUEL)...
