Definitely a story I didn’t see coming, totally surprised me! There were some super sad vibes at times, but the sweet, hopeful ending won me over. Loved the comedy sprinkled throughout. Hot Take: Paul’s an amazing actor with some mind-blowing moments in this one, but I like him best as a character actor in an ensemble cast 😮

Okay, now that I've watched the entire reaction, I'll admit. I saw one of your comments about which casting style you prefer Paul Giamatti and I immediately thought "Oh, she didn't like it," but you gave such a wonderful roundup in the end capturing Paul Giamatti's performance, relationships, and the overall somberness of the film but with these random funny moments that I truly appreciated the way you analyzed the whole thing. Cheers and hoping this is not your last Alexander Payne film because these are all bangers: Nebraska The Descendants The Holdovers Election
