Using Sokurabbit's face as a base with some adjustments (including minor texture repaint).
Hair has spline IK set up, but disabled (enable it on the end bone of each hair chain).
The main deforms (eyes, mouth etc.) have been tied to the base armature, but there's some extra face deformation stuff on that armature that I haven't touched (yet).
