Officer Caitlyn WIP Blendfile

Features some experimental hair control with curves (similar to the captain fortune hair). Can be disabled by turning off the spline IK constraints on the hair armature.
Top has shapekeys to reveal chest (last 3 shapekeys on body are adjustments to fit the shirt).
"officer_top_openable" is an alternate shirt which should play better with having the open shapekeys enabled. The default visible one is a single-piece, which means weird stretching when opened (but works better when keeping the shirt completely on).
