February Character Poll (breaking the half-month cycle)
Added 2021-02-02 06:02:04 +0000 UTCMonthly polls were originally meant to start at the beginning of the month, and end with the month. But I delayed polls waiting for model releases and now we're in this weird half-month thing.
January's poll is going to run until the 14th so it lasts a month as usual, but February's is going to start now instead of when January's ends.

Have a few things sketched out that I want to do first, but the January poll winner's animation will be anal.
