I highly recommend you only mess with this if you're reasonably confident with blender, because there are a bunch of little things that may trip you up.
I included the background/stage with this one for anyone who's interested- it's basically just an expanded lighting setup with some gradient lights.
Upscaled textures ~3x with light repainting, slight stylized shader like with Sona. Custom crystal shader for tail.
Cloth-based jiggle physics for hair, breasts, butt.
Only one tail because it turns out that All Out's tails do not match the old bones, and I didn't want to go through the hell of renaming several dozen bones. Has a basic IK setup attached.
Now for the weird stuff...
There's a mask modifier on the dress to show/hide the top bit. If you're showing it, set the shapekeys starting with 'dressfit' on the main body to 1, and change the mask on the body from the vertex group 'alloutdressmask_topless' to 'alloutdressmask'.
The dress is a separate armature; don't worry about any layers except the currently visible one unless you really know what you're doing. There are a few attempts at cloth physics attached, but they're all disabled- try enabling them if you want to see why they're off.
There's a mask on the metal stuff called 'bullshitfloatingchain' exactly why you'd expect me to call something that. Disable it to show the chain; if you can figure out how to animate it painlessly, be my guest.
UPDATE: Re-uploaded file, will add a mediafire mirror after confirming that it's now fine.
