Cookie Takeshi =Wishing Star!!=
Added 2024-11-21 03:17:35 +0000 UTCNext christmas remake chapter!!! This one didn't change too much except for the fact that Peter and Rocky got swapped out for Sugar and Cupcake, so the cast is a bit more varied and less of a "boys club."
Also took out the Winnie The Pooh reference which had characters say the "Flap like a bird, hop like a fish, sit down, stand up, wish wish wish" but in the form of drawn pictures cause I don't think too many people got it and it's not an easy thing to convey in the mostly textless format of the Cookie comics.
Though I suppose a small side note as to why Cookie is one of the only things i've worked on to really avoid spoken dialogue (the other being a vast majority of "Dragon Hoard") is that when I first started working on the 2014 comics I wanted to
1) Avoid writing dialogue until I could get really good at showing and not just telling (I had a huuuge exposition problem but also wasn't super good at character dialogue in general)
2) Make something that could be understood by anyone regardless of language
