I wanted to draw something like #037 and twintails, but make a more dinamic pose and setting. There is also some of the original pages for the comic before I decided if it was gonna be on color or black and white, and the planning page where I sketched more finished sketches of the charathers and the framing of the pages, I ended up changing the final page, I still think I put too much text on it, next chapter when I finish it I will pay attention to it. For the Brother I originally was gonna draw him fully but found it would be funnier to invent creative ways to hide his face just because. I also modeloed their house in 3D to get an idea of the layout and to make easier to draw the backgorunds based on the 3D model. Another curiosity, I don't know if a lot of people noticed, but there is a pun on the main characther name, other members of the family will have similar puns. Sister: Shitagi Shima [下着縞] - Stripped underwear Brother: Shitagi Toga [下着都雅] - Elegant Underwear Cousin: Shitagi Akari [朱莉] - Red Underwear #039とポニーテールのようなものを描きたかったのですが、もっとディナミックなポーズと設定にしました。カラーにするか白黒にするか決める前の漫画の原画のページもあるし、登場人物の完成予想図やページの枠組みをスケッチした企画ページもあるんだけど、最終的にはページを変えたんだ。ブラザーについては、もともとは完全に描くつもりだったんだけど、顔を隠す工夫をしたほうが面白いことに気づいたんだ。また、彼らの家を3Dでモデリングしたのは、間取りのアイデアを得るためと、3Dモデルをもとに裏側を描きやすくするためだ。もうひとつ気になったのは、多くの人が気づいているかどうかわからないけど、主人公の名前にダジャレがあること。家族の他のメンバーにも同じようなダジャレがあって、みんな下着をモチーフにしているんだ,下着縞] , 下着都雅], 朱莉。
