Smelly Tanuki + Lore (CW Blood)

Ah the very definition of "wrong place, wrong time." I've talked about, Mahdou a bit from time to time, but he still seems to be a mystery in some aspects. So i'll try answering a few common questions that would come to mind when looking at him.

First off, where does he come from? Well he, and a few dozen other tanukis, live in a cave in the mountains, working on digging up valuable materials that are sold to other, wealthier individuals. 

He's also a "Tanuki-Mole" to be more specific.

Secondly, how'd he get stuck with his parasitic demon to begin with? Well, one day, while going deeper into the caves than he had been advised to, Mahdou stumbled upon a rather large violet gemstone, which he of course felt compelled to dig up and give to his superiors, so he started trying to break it up into small chunks so he could more easily take it back. Which, was a bad idea. 

Cracking open the stone freed the soul of a demonic dragon that had been defeated a few centuries prior. Said soul, furious that he had been awakened, and desperate for a body, ends up forcing his powers upon Mahdou, the only other person in the surrounding area. But he doesn’t possess, Mahdou like he thought he would. Instead, he gets the 'luxury' of living inside Mahdou's body.

This not only gives, Mahdou demonic powers that he unfortunately needs his own blood to use, but it also brings out Mahdou's worst qualities, making him angrier, meaner, and just generally more vicious. 

So now, the two of them head off on a journey towards the devil dragon's castle ruins to hopefully find something to get separated and get back to their lives, all while being pursued by Mahdou's, less than pleasant, superiors that are more than annoyed that he's not doing his job anymore.

Thirdly, why does he smell so badly? He lives in a cave with dozens of other people with less than ideal living conditions. It's a miracle when their superiors give then a break to stand out in the rain to simulate showering.
