2B's Next Pokémon!

Part of a pair of polls with Zoey's Next Pokémon, make sure you catch them both!

To be honest, 2B's options in Mt. Moon aren't as good as Zoey's, so this poll actually extends a bit beyond Mt. Moon, to include options that will become available to her around Cerulean as well. Frankly, she's less in immediate need of more team members than Zoey anyway.

1) Tyrunt. Note that only one of these will be available. Either Zoey or 2B can get a Tyrunt, but not both. Tyrunt provides a Pure Power pokémon that fits 2B's aggressive nature, but not quite with the current team of speed and maneuver specialists. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as Tyrunt and an eventual Tyrantrum would provide a sort of balance/counterweight to a team of mostly smaller and more agility based fighters. Its Rock/Dragon typing is also decent additional coverage on top of what she already has.

2) Makuhita. The other Mount Moon possibility, this fighting type is both initially adorable, fitting for 2B's team, and eventually provides another heavyweight/power option much like Tyrunt would in the long term. Makuhita offers some solid type coverage in the form of the various elemental punches via TM, while also being another pokémon 2B might have some personal insight for. She did have fist weapons available when she was an android, after all, even if they weren't usually her first selection...

3) Buneary. Available up near Bill's house. I shouldn't need to tell you that this little rabbit could be another amusing addition to the 'cute but deadly' theme that 2B mostly has going. A Normal Type, but with good coverage like Makuhita due to a TM pool that includes the various elemental punches.

4) Gyarados. A surprisingly docile and somewhat young Gyarados relocated from elsewhere, that for some reason seems a little terrified of 2B...

5) Wait! Don't add another new teammate until after Cerulean, at least!
