Hi!

Today I decided that I have created enough images for the light version of the game Final Exam. Preparing the light version of the game took much longer than I planned. This version of the game was planned to be completed by August. However, circumstances did not work out in my favor, and development was delayed. And this is despite the fact that the light version has fewer locations and no bosses. I plan that the future version of the game for Steam will contain all the excluded elements and mechanics... But that will be later...

Now I can say that the light version of Final Exam is ready! However, I cannot publish it in its current form. The game must go through the polishing stage to find and fix various bugs. I have already found several bugs.

It is quite possible that there are many other bugs and flaws in the game. This is not surprising, considering the difficult conditions in which I made this game. In addition, the publisher continues to rush me with the release.

Well, there is very little time left before the release. I will not try to predict how long the polishing stage will take, because predictions never come true.

I am very tired, but I believe that I must finish this project. Even though, due to circumstances, I had to remove many of the elements and mechanics that I had originally planned. I understand perfectly well that removing mechanics makes the game worse. I really hope that I will be able to implement everything I had planned in future games.

I would like to remind that, at the moment, I can't create a build of the game, as I am using the free version of the Construct 3 engine. The paid version of the engine, which creates standalone builds, is only available with a monthly or annual subscription. I will subscribe to the engine just before the game's release.

While I'm busy polishing, I'll continue to create images and publish them in a private gallery. But the new images will not be related to the game.
