Halloween Fest 2019 - Gremlins (1984) Illustration

Didn't stream this time around since I didn't really feel up to it, which means that I was pretty laid back with drawing this time around; it was something that I really needed. So the forth drawing this time around, if you can already tell is from the 1986 christmas/comedy/horror classic, GREMLINS.

Next one up is another body horror film, and one that I'm very fond of, THE VOID (2017). The movie is a love letter to films like John Carpenter's The Thing and Alien, it's also dripping in Lovecraftian themed Cosmic Horror, witch is something I love. In this movie "The fear of the unknown" is always a looming presentes, even when the movie is said and done, it leaves you with a sense of smallness in the grand scale of everything and feelings of vulnerability towards a looming threat that may or may not be out there. Watching. Planning. Waiting.

Hopefully I should feel better to stream myself drawing the next one, but again, I can't say for sure.
