Giving Scyther a Hand [Early access, dirtier versions in link]

GOOD NEWS! Scyther won't be appearing in polls anymore!

So, remember how I mentioned I had to take a "hiatus from my house" due to a little pest issue a while ago? During that time, I had the final round of polling for what piece to color running, and it was abundantly clear Scyther, after appearing in some 10 polls and coming in last place in almost every one, had zero chance of ever winning.

But ALSO remember that I say poll losers aren't abandoned entirely-- just that I'd work on them in my own time!

Well, I put that time to good use, and... I basically had this one 95% complete by the time the poll finished.

How did I come up with 22 versions of a single-character pic? Well, I just kept coming up with ideas for him! And get this... I actually have a couple more that, with a little bit of extra work, I can roll out, but that depends on how well I think they'd serve the set.

So for now, enjoy this little bonus! Oh yeah, this is the surprise I was talking about.
