I'm confused about the end of this episode and Mark's role in everything. We discover here that Mr Milchick lied during the first episode : Outie Mark didn't want to come back inside, the others got fired and were rehired. And we can see everyone wants for HIM to be back at work, that the Board wants to keep him even after he managed to talk to the speaker, that they are making the others come back to please HIM… for that mission they talked about ? Because he's the only one who can do it, because he's the center of it, because… I don't know.

But I know I didn't expect to see Harmony here. That's great because we're surely gonna have her the entire season, with Lumon trying to catch (and finish ?) her. And thanks to her, Outie Mark now knows Gemma is still alive. The opening credit shows imo Outie Mark and Worky Mark trying to communicate together, to help each other, to support each other… Outie Helly watching the kiss her innie had with Mark, it's interesting. Outie Irv saying to someone his innie "got the message", it's so freaking great.
