I knew Helly wouldn't die but how they handled the situation was so weird, with sending Mark away immediately, blaming him for what happened… And Helly, she was truly sent to a hospital outside ? And her true self sent her back to back ? Petey and Mark are here because they couldn't deal with something sad/bad which happened in their lives, but Helly gave that impression she's here because she truly believes and embraces Kier's ideas.

For me, none of their jobs in this company is important. So it means that it's them who are important, the characters : because they make experiences on them ? Because the fact that they are here, blocked, is important, like it's a jail, an asylum ? And these jobs are coming from where ? For me, they are symbolic, they represent something about who they are or what they do outside. Like I think that Irv's hallucinations are symbolic, that leak of ink… You know I think he's a spy who already got reintegration, and maybe that's an effect of it.
