Patreon tiers update

Tier 1($1), the sketch tier, remains as is.
Tier 2($5), the finished works, alts, poll and char suggestions tier, goes down in price to $3.
Tier 3($10), the WIP tier, goes down in price to $5.
Tier 4($15), the hi-res+time lapse tier, goes down in price to $10.
Tier 5($20) is being removed. All the images for people on this tier will get drawn, but no new ones could be added.
Please check out new tiers and pick whichever one you like
