To new and old patrons(January)

Before the opening of Patreon in December, its settings were changed (charge up Front). At the end of December, before leaving, I put the patreon on pause. In any case, as far as I can reel, I did not receive the payments in January. Almost.
But there is an exception. These are new users who joined already in January. It seems that the paymants in my account this month belong to them. And it's my mistake - I had to notify them that I won't be able to draw weekly this month.
Based on the above:
1. If it is possible for users to reduce their reward to the minimum, I highly recommend doing so.
2. Are there any other people who had an extra payment charging at the beginning of January (with the exception of new patrons who came in January)?
Please, let me know about it. I can pause only next billing cycle right now.

2022-01-29 19:47:47 +0000 UTCThank you very much. For some reasons I though that realtionship manager show me wrong information, but no, it is ok. In any case, next time I will prepare warning journal not to all new patrons if I will take pause.
