Yo, how's it going?

Some of you may have noticed that it's no longer September. Something I've noticed too I'm afraid, which means I missed my goal, very sad for you, very sad for me, and god I'm sure too. I thought about just pushing through and getting it out when I can, but since it's gonna be about another week before it's done I figured I should let you know so you're not worrying and for transparency and such. Usually I don't like setting hard release dates instead of vague, general goals, because you never know what's gonna happen, but the update's basically done at this point, so it should be fine. To get into a little of why this one is taking a bit longer than expected, without spoiling anything, there's two reasons: First is that a chunk of the content in this update is reliant on variables and choices made earlier in the game, for example whether a character is dead or not, which means aside from doing variations of the scenes there's more that goes wrong and needs to be fixed. Second is I'm trying out a slightly different thing with the sex scenes in the game, adding a couple more CGs than I usually have, since looking over them I feel they get a little boring. Just a couple extra angles or close up shots, etc, to make them feel a bit more dynamic. But yeah, I've been spending time on stuff like that, it's a bit of a pain in the ass, but hopefully it'll be worth it in the end. Let me know if extra time on sex and variables and such is something you're interested in. Though, you'll not see how it looks til after the update is released.
