I think nobody answered this. The Stone Hashira (the one praying) is saying a "mantra" it's like a prayer in buddhism. Just answering this as it will come again when you see the character later in DS.

It’s a great character introduction and all the reaction channels say they are glad they watched the first episode before the movie. You only have to watch the first episode and then just move on to the movie 🎥

2024-11-21 08:39:32 +0000 UTCShoutout to whoever did the ending it was amazing!!! Even though demon slayer shows a lot of backstories they never get old and always pull on your heart strings. Each backstory so different but always hits no matter the character. I think demon slayer does backstories the best because even though Rui’s backstory was only 4-5 minutes it was still so impactful. And same to all of the other backstories we saw this season.

I remember watching the movie in the theatre and it was soooo good. Great reaction on these Guys! And kudos on the ending credits. It’s now a video not just a picture :)

I'm in agreement with others in regards to reacting to older shows instead of all the new ones that hundreds of reactions channels are doing. shorter series would be, death note 37 episodes, cowboy bebop 26, samurai champloo 26, Magi: the labyrinth of magic 26. of course ill never say no to bleach! after one piece everything else will seem like child's play to you all. lol!

Again the storytelling in Demon Slayer is absolutely great. Then we finally get to see all 9 Hashira together, the Hashira are some of the best designed and best written characters in the anime. I can’t wait for you to see more of them. At the mansion we also see the master Ubuyashiki, he is absolutely a wonderful master and leader and as you could tell very well loved and respected. His faith in Tanjiro and Nezuko will be very fundamental in the progress and development of them and the rest of the characters throughout the anime. Finally like I mentioned in the last Demon Slayer video, it’s a MUST!!!! Watch for the Mugen Train movie. Definitely before you move onto season two. I can’t wait for you guys to finish season one and move onto the movie, I’m really glad you’re enjoying Demon Slayer. It’s only gonna get better. Love you guys!

And what a great first introduction he gets. :D I will say, you both are so trusting of demons because you have seen it from Tanjiro and Nezuko's side. You forget that Nezuko is unique, as is Tamayo and Yushiro. So 3 out of hundreds of demons who won't eat a human. It's fair for all the Hashira to not trust any demon. They have been fighting them for years, and have seen terrible things because of demons. "You can't tell the difference between a good or bad demon." Of course they can't, they have never experienced a demon who refuses to eat humans, it's unheard of. Just something to keep in mind for why it will be hard for Tanjiro and Nezuko to gain trust.
