LARP Renewal Poll

There's still more bonus content for LARP coming, but that concludes the narrative for this issue.

I am quite enjoying writing LARP. In issue 1, I opted for a "novel with images" approach, and for issue 2 I decided to try swapping to a particular long-scroll format, with exceptions for song 'pages. I still quite enjoy intermixing songs, and making this particular project serve as a multimedia experience. There are still things I could do, like rather than doing the single long scroll page doing two shorter pages, if for some reason that was easier to navigate on mobile. If you think this might be the case do let me know.

I think the 'core narrative loop' might be a bit clearer now than it was after issue 1 for me. The appeal of this series premise is that rather than being a full isekai, the characters transform back to their human forms and then back into their bodies for each session. Most of my series have a character in a 'stuck' situation, and I was thinking the back and forth element of LARP would help make it feel distinct. The characters choose to continue inhabiting their bodies of the fantasy world, and I think that choice is fun to explore.

Unlike most of my comics, LARP is currently my only ensemble comic. This means I wouldn't feel so awkward about shifting 'viewpoint' in future issues, and could have issues from the perspective of Kalim, Moon, or Fook.

While I like the options LARP presents, I do like to check in on how readers are feeling about this series. So:

Do you want at least two more issues of LARP?
