Help! I'm Stuck as an E-Girl! Compendium 1: Issues 1-6

I added bookmarks so that when viewing in pdf it should be easier to navigate between issues.
Obviously my handling of this project changed a lot over two years. The main one for this release I maybe should comment on is that the way I compressed pdfs changed a bit with issue 5, and so the pages are 'bigger' in issues 5 and 6. On my display this isn't a huge issue, and I hope to investigate further, but if it bothers you definitely let me know.
