I really don't like to use Patreon as a venting platform, and also have a bad pattern of not wanting to say when I'm dealing with health issues because I keep *wanting* to just get over them. I really didn't think my illness in Feb was going to wipe me out for the whole month, so when I got sick I thought I'd be able to get back on track once I had new pages done. Welp, that didn't happen!
In the very short term, my immediate plans are to get going again, finish French Maid Issue 7, then do Elle the Fairy. I'm probably going to postpone Mermaid Issue 3 for a while. So much for my year-long roadmap...
Aside from that, I think my health issues cause so much backlog in the comics in part because I have no buffer comics, and I have no buffer comics because my pace is unrealistic. So I think this is probably the point where I really need to set a more realistic pace for myself. So going forward, I think I'm going to try to switch to a 4 posts a week schedule rather than continuing to try to maintain every single day.
