Frequency of Textless Sequences? and other discussion
Added 2023-12-30 20:00:05 +0000 UTCAs I was working on my roadmap plan, it occurred to me that trying to commit to 2 comic issues/month will mean basically no time for textless sequences.
Considering some adjustments I'm already thinking I'll need to make, I think I'm going to end up at:
7 Issues of French Maid
3 Issues of Mermaid
3 issues of E-Girl
2 Issues of Secretary to Ceo
2 Issues of Bunny Girl
1 Issue of LARP
Elle the Fairy
1 Round of Dungeon RPG
1 Issue of Super Shifter
There's definitely a few things to consider. Mainly, should I do a more even split and make sure there's more issues of the new titles, rather than doing French Maid every other month, try to get 3 issues of Secretary to CEO or 3 Issues of Bunny Girl. Another question though is also whether I should maybe plan for only 1.5 issues/month, and plan on ~1 week of textless sequences/month.
Basically, for the last year French Maid I feel like has been a consistently popular title among the patrons, so in my mind committing to 1 issue every 2 months seems intuitive. But honestly a lot of these new titles sound really exciting, so I'm starting to think about how to get to at least 3 issues of Secretary to CEO and Bunny Girl next year, or 2 to 3 issues of LARP. But I also started with textless sequences and I think a lot of people still enjoy them. A lot of stuff I want to do so thought I'd get some more thoughts on a poll. Really is a situation of so much stuff I really want to do but at this point I know my limit of how much I can plausibly make in a single year.

Yeah, that makes sense. I'll in practice be flexible as we go anyway and can adjust with votes after the first issues of new titles come out. That will happen, this is just to set up an initial outline of the year.

2023-12-30 20:48:05 +0000 UTCMaybe after releasing the first issue of a new comic you could hold another vote to see if people are willing to sacrifice an issue of French Maid to see more of it but limit the number of issues of French Maid that can be sacrificed so people have to decide which titles they want to see more of the most?
