Update Summary After 24 Hours

The three days following an update are always the toughest for me mentally. I spend them combing through every forum—Steam, Itch, F95zone, Discord, etc.—reading players feedback. This includes everything from trolls and long-time critics to supportive fans. I’m also on the lookout for bugs reported by players so we can fix them promptly. Here’s a breakdown of my responses, observations, and plans (there might be some spoiler, don't read, if you did not play the update yet):
Bugs and Issues So far, only a few bugs have been reported. One critical bug related to the iSpy app was preventing further progress in some cases. There were also minor issues with minigames, Discord on Mac, and a missing scene in the replay gallery. These have all been fixed. The Steam version has been updated, and the Itch and Patreon versions will be updated tomorrow. We’re ready to fix any new bugs immediately.
Feedback on Update Length I've addressed this many times, but here’s my previous information about the developing job:
...my job as a firefighter sometimes allows me extra time off, which I dedicate to game development. Over the past three months (aside from my vacation), I’ve been working 12-16 hours daily to create what we’ve released. Despite this, some still find the update “short.” I might need to slow down and give myself more mental freedom because no matter how hard I work, people will always complain about the update being too short.
Content and Story Feedback I agree that we could have added more sexual content to the yacht scene, but I didn't think it was appropriate and really needed. We don't want to add empty sex scenes just for the sake of it. This update was not shallow in my opinion, as it containted three other sex scenes. I'm sure we'll soon get to the point where everyone will see what they're waiting for, but scenes in which sexual acts don't occur also affect the main character's mental attitude. You may disagree with this, but it does not change my approach to the storyline we are creating.
It’s important to remember that an Adult Visual Novel combines both - "Adult" content, but also "Novel" aspect. If someone is here only for the adult content and ignores the novel aspect, they might be disappointed—that’s not our aim.
Regarding complaints about the D&D, Elijah or any other plotlines: it's impossible to please everyone. Some enjoy these storylines, others don’t. Making them optional would undermine the main narrative. Every plot point, including D&D, has an impact on the main character, if not now, then in future updates. We don't add random storylines; everything has a purpose. We also can't feature every character in every update. Episode 2.2 focused on Elijah and Richard; 3.0 focused on other things; episode 3.1 will be about something else. We’re doing our best to release content quickly and on time. If you found this update small, you might want to wait for 4.0 and skip previous two small updates till then.
Lastly, regarding the bar minigame: it’s optional and doesn’t affect the main story, but we’ll make it easier since many found it too challenging. It will have its development in episode 3.1 but will remain non-essential to the main plot.
That would be it. I take every feedback to heart, we have our idea for the game, but we also take your opinion into consideration. However, we will not add a sex scene with Riley, just because we feel such pressure on our backs. The opinion that in the scene of the Dean and Madison, Riley should allow much more and don't back off is mere bullshit and a desire to see a fucking, not constructive criticism. I am always available to you and I write back to every message, however, if you need help with the game or you have encountered an error - share it on discord so that it is easier to solve them. If you would like to add something, feel free to comment and share your thoughts. We have already started working on episodes 3.1 - it will be half the size of the current one, but will appear in probably mid-August.
edit. we are actively looking for additional Daz3D artists, but we rather want to improve the quality of the renders, so finding the right person(s) is very hard and we have not succeeded so far.

A girl's gotta have her limits, even when she's exploring how to expand them. She was totally compromised in the scene under the Dean's desk and didn't have many good options. In the later scenes she had more control. Makes total sense to me.

The D&D sessions were fun and I hope to see more fantasy sex scenarios to make the boys drool. Maybe she can go to a convention with them and start doing sexy cosplay in person and on cam for money. The new VR chick was hot and it was nice to see more variety on your female characters. I like the pole dancing option now that you made it easier. Dean scenes were the hottest even though he's an ass I prefer her to avoid. The yacht party was impressive and fun. Hope to see some other characters like Richard or even Blaze getting some Riley time in the next update.

And all she does now in front of the crew after a passionate strip show & kissing with maddison in front of the guys is just show her nude breasts

You have a good story line and think that you have listen to yourself dont make disisions on what pepople think do as you think you have to and that be good.That men who take the money can be Joker who can save her from problems at the end.You have tons of options like i said the story line is best i played and update is great

And a slow burn is no problem, there's no point in racing to the end! Although I will say I'm completely unable to do the dancing game! Otherwise, all good, keep it up!

You are probably already aware of these two - Being a Dik by DrPinkCake and Race of Life by Underground Studio both of which are quality original products where the developers like Fooxied Games pour their heart and souls into what they do.

Of course I do! But does it make the game any less good or enjoyable? I don’t think so. Try to ignore the rants from people who just have nothing better to do. Some small animations (like D&D) throughout the game, many different paths, a constant progression regarding the story and the corruption of the character and the overall mechanics such as the phone, ... There are just a few thing I would try to change, like the fact that sometimes when looking at Riley from a certain perspective one of her breasts looks out of shape, "flat" or not symmetric. Other than that I really liked it. My compliments.

It provides so many different elements that fits to my enjoyment! I really did not expect it to be a sideproduct by regular work. The smooth combination of all parts is really well done in my opinion.

While there are certainly aspects of that game that are quite good it constantly jumps from clothes to completely nude over the course of only 1 or 2 images. I would imagine it's because it takes a lot of time and effort to incorporate clothes into sex scenes. I think you do a very good job of allowing for some of that foreplayish aspect of clothes being a part of the play rather than immediately jumping to full nudity.

Those who just want more simulated sex in an update without the story driven development, the sense of anticipation and titilation; should consider purchasing another program

2024-06-27 15:19:45 +0000 UTCIn terms of feedback about the story. FIrst off I want to say that this update shows how much effort and care was put into it. It is an extremely well executed and polished product for what I imagine are many people's tastes. That having been said, I have to agree with some of the comments that talk about it feeling like you are changing the direction of the type of game it is and to be honest, while I'm enjoying my play through, it is not what drew me to this game. Also part of what is keeping me enjoying this game is that I am making up some of my own modifications about how certain interactions happen in my mind. It just feels that she is just now happily participating in everything and every character is being extremely supportive of everything. In my personal opinion, the escalation of the story shouldn't be about her desire to become promiscuous, but rather that she maintains her apprehensions and reluctance and whatever level of comfort she starts to develop with certain actions should be balanced out by the fact that the types of things she has to do escalate as well again bringing her back to apprehension and reluctance. THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS SPOILERS: To give a couple of examples in no particular order: 1) I've only been able to do one of the iSpy actions from the update due to the bug and that was so well written right up until the point that Sharon and the Barista were just super super supportive of her from the bat. I would have prefered them making her sweat a bit. 2) Riley is trying wayyyy too hard to make her feel comfortable during the DnD gameplay. This could have been some more fun (from the type of game I'd like) if instead the focus was on her being manipulated a bit more via them claiming that's how the game is played, etc. 3) A direct simple example is that in the scene where they roll the dice to see if they can spy on her and she considers whether to bump the table, I would have prefered something more along the lines of her thinking that it would be wrong to cheat and bump the table, rather than the kinky option being her decided that she is actually into it. I'm not here to insult the game or say that you did a bad job, you did a great job. Just doesn't feel like it's in line with where the game started. At the end of the day it's your game and who am I to tell you what to do... Edit: and to be clear I'm not trying to say that she shouldn't ultimately enjoy the experiences. Just that my taste is for there to be more barrier to entry. Whether it is still being about the fact that she is married so she is heavily conflicted, or just about morality and social norms, but that seems more interesting to me as there are already a huge volume of games just about women who happily have whatever sex the player chooses, whether the game be from the man's or the woman's perspective. Edit: in terms of the volume of pure sex scenes, that doesn't bother me. I enjoy the psychological aspects leading into the sex acts as much if not more than the sex acts themselves.

I've met some women who many would consider sluts. But when I've talked with them before, during and after sex most of them would eventually ask this question: Why are you here? You think I'm hot. You like how it feels to be with me? Why can't a woman have those same thoughts and feelings and act on them like many men do? I guess the question becomes are those men deviant man-whores too...lol. I don't think so. Now, there are limits of course. Public exhibitions of sexual acts just for the thrill is just one of many things I would find approaching "slutdom" or however you'd describe a man. Porn actresses simply like sex and getting paid for it legally. So, my point is, debauchery has many meanings to different people. My definition is certainly not as strict as some men or women's, but I spent 20 years in the Navy and...need I say more. That's all really. Unless Riley's doing the entire bar alone without Mike's approval or participation, then I'm not so happy. On the side, privately? Eh, depends if it's for fun or leisure or forced participation by blackmail, etc. Just write it, the way you feel it guys. Let the chips fall where they may.

I can also appreciate the slow shift in her mind in regards to sexual encounters as she is slowly being corrupted by her previous choices. While I did think this episode was "light" in that it only added a few new scenes, I did feel that it set the story up for future paths. Her D&D adventures for one, would be interesting to see just how far she blends reality and fantasy with her fellow gamers. And last but not least, Mike has flat out told her that he identifies with cuckholding and would be okay with her being a little less rigid. That, to me, was a huge step in her "Steps of Debauchery"!!

You accomplish things to the best of your ability and try to satisfy the story. If people like it, great. If not, no one is holding their hand in a fire to play it. I love this story and it's implications. The variety is awesome with variations of sexual limitations or yearnings. Great job.

There was no slow steps or corruption. It was just very bland. Compared to games like Innocence or Money in really lacks in that department.

However, even if we choose the dark path, it did not feel like she wascheating ( like in the previous episodes), being discreet about it, or going towards a "dark path," especially when she was given the green light by her husband. Additionally, it didn't seem like she felt bad about it afterward. What worries me is that she is now engaging in sexual acts not out of desperation, or not because she was persuaded to do so (for example, with Elijah or Richard), and not to let others touch her just to maintain the situation or help her husband. Please take this as a constructive criticism. I feel like this game has so much potential but what I can say is that I liked the previous episodes more than this one. Please do not turn this into another cuckold story. Thanks a lot for your efforts and looking forward to next episodes.

People might think it was short update because one of the larger scenes were hidden away in the optional VR item.

Nothing makes me stop an adult game halfway through more than all of the sex feeling pointless. The update does feel short and I might wait for a few updates to come out before I open the game again, but the content is worth it by far and I don't think taking time to produce quality work is a bad thing. Everyone just needs to learn to be patient. Don't let it get you down!

Just like any TV series, there was always a cliff-hanger at the end of the episode! If I have one little niggle, it would be this. Get her a change of clothes.. those she wears all the time must stink by now 😂 She has worn clothes that far better suit her... just my little niggle 🤷♂️ Having said that, From one firefighter (Retd.) to another... Your doing a great job!
