2023-09-17 15:33:48 +0000 UTCI just played the part about the debt and requiring 200 dollars per week for the 500k debt. I think you guys did a serious mis-calculation and here's why. An average "return on investment" on the stock market is 7% annually. The gangster here wants 200 dollars a week, essentially interest. That's 200 per week x 52 for 52 weeks in a year. 10400 per year. 10400 per year compared to the total principal of 500,000 is 0.0208. That's a little over 2%. That's a fucking 2% interest my guy. A legal mortgage today costs 3x that amount. This makes everyone in the game sound like complete morons from gangsters charging lower interest rate than the bank and for the wifey freaking out over a great fucking deal and "really pulling a fast one" over these low IQ gangsters. You need to either tweak your math and run your plot script by ChatGPT or something because this error is outrageous for any functioning adult with a concept of debt.
