I am having a problem with installing the 0.3.9 file for Tier 2 and 3. When I try to update the file it says not installed because the packet is not valid. I have tried several times to no avail. Please help. I am Tier 3.

I just see what events I have next and go chop wood or train the soldiers when I have time that isnt being used. Spreads out the work and prevents grind ;)
