• He shows up to Superman, sad and drunk 
• Starts rambling about his wife, they had a fight, and she is doing sex strike, he is sad and horny and drunk and what not
• Superman is kind of confused and uncomfortable with this talk   
• Drunk Mr. Mxyzptlk then just decided to go "aaah fuck this man" and snaps his fingers
• He is on a room, with a tv in front of him, decided to turn the DC universe into an erotic parody of it for him
• Clark starts to feel weird, things and people on the Daily Planet are slowly changing around him, he decides to check his reflex and runs fast to his apartment
• As he arrives there the changes continue, he sees his reflex, bla bla bla body and mind alterations, and ejaculation to finish
• New Clair Kent changes her messy suit for something more proper to go back to work 
• A sexy secretary outfit
• She walks seductively across the Daily Planet  
• Around her the photographer Jayne Olsen is giggling while talking with one of the employes 
• Clair the secretary, is going to an specific place
• Whatever remains of the pre-TG conscience of Superman can still comment and act weird at some stuff around him, but he goes with the flow because it feels instinctive 
• Clair goes to the office of Louis Lane, the top reporter 
• Basically in this verse created my Mx, there is a genderswap of heroes and some other important characters, as well as their love interests, things work in very erotic ways, everyone is expected to act sexy and dress sexy as just everyday stuff 
• So we get some flirting and teasing with male Lois domming a bit Clair Kent as she is quite sub  
• When they are about to go full lewd
• She hears trouble outside, tells Louis she has some stuff to do 
• Change for a sexy version of Superhero costume to fight ToyWoman that is causing problems somewhere  
• Mx changes the channel upon being clockblocked by criminal activity

I think its a format who would be fun to work on, and even include in other heroes as Mx flips the channels. Pic above is sort of the design I had in mind for fem Supes
