Patreon devlog update 144: cameos

so, we're currently planning out things for the last level of zap & andy so while we brainstorm and see what's viable and what isn't i thought i could open some cameo slots for the casino level. (oh , also here's the last gameover of the casino, for when you fail to defeat moshennik and he becomes so powerful that he doesn't just dominate zap, andy and mal, but the whole earth as well)

so, the cameos- basically , in the casino level most of the improtant stuff is gated behind the collection of sins. And what's the best way to collect sins if not inducing people into becoming sinners? we need several npcs to randomly stand around in various part of the level that are susceptible to zap's spell of corruption and sin harvesting, as sources of precious sins to use in other parts of the level.

what all this boils down is you get your OC/fursona in the game as a cameo! i'll need a reference of the OC/fursona so i can animate them standing around. i'll also need a phrase for them to say when zap talks to them. Here's monstrousrick (the game's trusty programmer and main writer) and anothermeekone (who also helped as a writer all the way to chapter 3) as an example-

but that's not all! since zap in this level can corrupt people with spells and induce them into indulging into sins , you'll also get an animation of your OC/fursona all nice and corrupted, as rick and meek can illustrate eloquently here-

we'll also need a line of dialogue for when the OC/fursona is talked to when corrupted of course!

so , how do you get your OC/Fursona in the game?

the plan is to use the "sell post" feature of patreon to create a way for people to purchase a spot. i'll make a separate post 5 hours after posting this update where i'll post what i need to put your OC in the game.

purchasing a spot will be $60 (times are rough, apologies >_>) and i have to limit the number of spots to 15, otherwise it'll be unmanageable. I might open more in the future when teh game is almost done, but for now that's how many i feel comfortable accepting.
