heyo peeps! first post for the pixel project update after my vacation! as you can see from the video the combat system for fenris high is finally taking shape, and we're really close to have it functional. It's just a matter of connecting all the logic and attaching the graphics for it so i don't think it'll be long until we have it fully functional!
as for androcosm, the game i'm helping cgb develop (and that has a patreon now where you can play a preview build here https://www.patreon.com/posts/whats-androcosm-133933713 ) , this week i tackled the animations for the satyr enemy. Nothing too fancy for now, just him tooting his pan flute for one attack
this is the transition animation

and the attack animation where he directs his hypnotic music towards the player

i also started the wine chugging attack ,but i could only finish the transition animation
i really wish i could've done more animations but me and cgb discussed quite a bit regarding the optimal design and the movements so that took away a lot of time, he wanted a mixture of the proposals i had in terms of design so i tried to implement some feature of all the version i did, ending up with this

but in the end cgb preferred a more feral and imposing creature so we went with what you see now, wich is a happy medium but i kind of wish we went more towards the mystical aspects of the dyonisus cults rather than the more D&d inspired aesthetic we have now. In the end i'm still happy with the result tho, this goat boy is p fun to animate!
