2024-09-10 23:10:15 +0000 UTCWoah a lot to process this update! But I wanna see more Red and Zenion!!! Still, at least a few more hints on what is going on. Intrigued that Zenion's action is to 'preserve Vidora's future' - here i kind of thought that his goal was toppling the cycle that repeats endlessly. I guess that is preserving the future... but the mystery remains. And yeah, looks like Red used time magic to deage his body and his Zenion's power in it? That remains my best guess. And now we see VOICES as Red's patron acting on his behalf- the contract presumably remains with the young body of Red, even if he doesn't yet understand it. Interesting Dr Cleric never told Cherry's dads he was Red's son- presumably to keep him safe, since it seems Red became enemy number one for siding with Zenion at the end. And confirmation the Lost plague came about with Cherry's existence. And hey, looks like everyone is VERY aware that Cherry is Zenion now- this is going to be... difficult for them to get around now. And maybe inflate Cherry's already impressive ego lol. And yeah, now we are really getting to see how fucked up the Gods have become- not even able to prevent fights between themselves- even worse than they were already debating over Wolf's soul earlier. Things might get bad pretty quickly. Unsanctioned magic? Kind of goes back to my theory that something is weird about the magic the Ring casts. Also, I wonder how Ezekiel was allowed to keep his personality? Nice to see confirmation of my theory that Wolf and his family were meant to be the agents of Frederik. I wonder what happened that made him and his father turn from their power- I had always thought it was the Gods, but Frederik making VERY clear he didn't want that. Unless he made what he considered to be a rash mistake of removing the throne from Wolf's lineage, for his children, and regrets it now they are disobedient. Certainly he seems changeable like the tides. And then what Mord said- did Wolf's family name literally get obliterated? We still need to figure out who did that. Levi's behaviour is... interesting. I still can't figure out what his objective is yet. Unless he thinks Alliance with Zenion now is better for his chances at furthering his deity later? And hey Enzo cares! How much that is a leftover of Frederik's patrilineal obsession... yet to discover lol. And now we discover something about the Lost curse! So my only guess is that Zenion's death has corrupted all the backups of souls in the ARK - and when infection happens, the two swap places? A bit like Kindling again to be honest- the replacement with another version, warped by worse instincts. I guess we are gonna have to keep an eye on what happens to him next...
