2023-07-14 12:26:56 +0000 UTCOK. Some guesses now that I am more awake. I think the white ARK is the DA one, given what we saw in the Agent bloodstream. The HH arc is possibly the more octopus looking one, making a guess on the thing we have seen that looked like the ARK there. So this presumably took place after Gastro and Pepi degenerated into fully fledged portal monsters. I wonder if essentially portals are what power the ARKs, given ARKTWO's similarity in appearance to the portal creatures we saw during MS? Perhaps ones whose wishes were more towards creation etc - and by sending Portals to the new worlds it allows patrons to interact with those worlds, at moments of need? I think Hymir is possessed by at least a portion of the original HEART - perhaps it jeopardised things by going with one of the ARKs? We know from before that even a portion of infinity is infinity, and it can split itself if needed. From what we know of the DA world there is a shortage of food in some way, which is why cannibalism had to occur, maybe the HEART's presence prevented the development of a similar being in this ARK, which led to the concept of Infinity being missing from this world, creating an inevitable decline? The ARKs themselves, I think might be copies of the original creature that was in the base of the building- the one that all the Eldritch Beings came from. That would explain the wording of the Archdruid- they aren't the original Eldritch Beings, but they possess the same powers because they are effectively breaking off from a similarly designed creature. This also fits with my belief ARKs are designed to create more of themselves- the original ARK created the story of the MS World, which was always designed to collapse, so that more ARKs were created to create more stories, ad infinitum

And maybe I was onto something with Hymir being part of the crew of the ship- but my brain is still saying it is what is *possessing* Hymir.
