Ok ummm Agent allister: if possible try to collect a sample of the air since it contains some kind of cigar smoke used by mr. Bellows to control Frank, wear some kind of filter mask if possible to avoid succumbing to the smell. also if possible try to perform another reading to determine if a supernatural presence was there as well. Agent Frank: check on Ozzy and see if he's alright, collect the semen sample from the used condom(assuming he and the sample are undamaged). Also check the whole premise if possible to see if you can smell "Mr. Bellows' " scent to determine if he just got there or if he was in hiding the whole time.

Allister and Frank - It seems like something mysterious is going on - you seemed to briefly be under the control of am outside entity Frank, possibly due to the smoke- since the lighter is the common connection from the CCTV footage and Frank's father in person. Do you have any equipment you can use to filter air? If not, it is worth investigating the local stores Agent Bellows- Your nose could be important here- if we can prevent you from losing control from this end, hopefully you can analyse any smoke that remains in the room before it escapes through the open window.
