Fenris high devlog update 19

hey pups! after a couple weeks ,we're back with another update! Banana inquiry is working on a lot of stuff under the engine so it's hard to show you the amount of incredible work and fixes he managed to achieve, but one thing that is super apparent is now you don't just teleport around, but you can properly walk around the school! it makes the exploration feel that much more alive and dynamic! also there's a slight transition when you enter rooms to keep things more fluid!

on my end i've been working as always to make the school look less like a series of empty boxes by doing some props. The bathroom props are pretty much done, they only lack a mirror!

same for the cafeteria props, i've been drawing some food stuff to put in the plates, as you can see on the tray on the table.

since i didn't want to show you guys only a bunch of props, this week i also did some extra porn mags illustrations. Porn mags in game helps your character relieve his raging hormones, they're basically a one-use item to lenghten your character's focus bar, that is used to resist attacks that threaten his libido and his self control. Of course, even after you use them you can keep viewing your collection any time you want.

this week i wanted to pay homage to some famous porn artists of the past . Since the game is set in the nineties there's nothing too new, but i thought it would be nice nonetheless since these men really helped further the message of sex positivity.

the first one is a homage to Oliver Frey, who very aptly mainly worked on the cover arts of gaming magazines in uk, but also did a ton of illustrations for gay porn magazines, such as Meatmen, of wich this cover is a spoof. 

we then have an homage in the style of Ralf konig , a german artist who is still pretty active and published a ton of AMAZING (and very often ultra sexy, despite his cartoony style ) stories themed around the queer community. 

and of course the last piece is a tribute to Tom of Finland, whose artwork and life are so popular they're national treasures.
