I legitimately believe everyone is so angry at each other because they like the story so much. And everyone realizes that its coming to a close: all the chess pieces are on the board, we have world ending powers at every corner and our monsters are safe but still want to help. Even the VOID plainly said it. Us patrons are divided into two camps: the ones that dont want the story to end, and want to risk things on prolonging the story, and the ones that dont want to risk anything and prefer to tie the story with a neat bow, no loose ends and a pretty finish. The pretty finish might be unsatisfying, but it'll be good and it preserves the integrity of the story and the universe! And trying to complicate the story to try and make it continue obviously will make it more interesting, but it might just end regardless, in an equally unsatisfying manner... I just wish we patrons had a buffer... like, a character we could run our commands through, but they would choose whether they went through or not. (which, spoilers, is what I'm trying really hard to accomplish)

[Idk there is so much fighting going on between patreons, I don't know... It's just not that fun anymore when everyone wants you ded. Even if you are playing the villain. I tried to listen to some of the other patreons suggestions for the Gorilla and now he's just stuck for it yay... Sarcasm btw... The fight between the Kangaroo and Jack was really cool and him sacrificing himself to save Keth was a heart warming bit showing that he really changed... But now everything is going to be un done with a cheep movie ending trick time travel. I donno a "good" or "bad" ending is not that important to me, as long as it's actually fun or kinky to read. A good story. The comic has all gone from, controlling Sydan to the point where he almost lost his mind, to insanity and back and now here close to the end. Everyone wants it to go their way having no problem messing with characters ...all of them... Through out the story but now that there are things outside of everyones control a greater enemy / threat, everyone suddenly forget all the immoral things they've done that lead up to this point... Villainizing the people playing the villains when they them selves are just as guilty for messing with characters ...you wouldn't do that to actors playing the villain in a movie?... I don't know this is just my 2 cents, I do love the comic even though I'm playing a villain... How does that make me different from all of you?]

I wasn't around during chapter 3 so I'm not sure but didn't the Voxotaur do what the majority decided? If more people join the Voxotaur again and oppose you then you'll be stuck unable to do anything. Whoof, I do want a happy ending, but Monster Smash is such an incredible story I think it'd do a disservice if we ended it by having the patrons fall ass backwards into a new friend who just solves all our problems with magic so we can rush to the happily ever after with all the monsters paired up, married n having monogamous vanilla sex for the rest of their days.

Well, since the side of our monster friends have gained a bit too much power to the point of making any potential threat pretty negligible, I guess I'll be on the chaotic side and even the scales a bit more. If and when the Voxotaur rewinds time, lets connect Keth with the remaining two traitors telepathically and see if the two of them can't remind him how good being under the influence of the voices feel.

Just actually read the chapter and yeesh, things are really going apeshit. I hope we get some downtime soon because the last time we actually had where us patrons weren’t frantically trying to save/learn/help the monster squad I think was the elevator and even then only a little bit. Yeah all this crazy going on is exciting but it’s also exhausting despite a week being between each chapter.
