I would just advise exiting the building entirely, the risk of moving through the facility as it is now and tying someone up inside of it seems like a huge mistake, and I worry it would lead to Gastro’s death (and GGG conversion) or at the very least a further breaking of his mind. Stay together and find an exit ASAP. Also tell the vampire to calm his tits and just wait until he finds a human en route. Having him be in control of everyone seems super dangerous with the ghosts and their mind fuckery in play. On that note, have the vampire free Gastro completely and have Gastro regain control of himself, if possible, and if he’s angry to the point of fracturing the group or causing harm, he can just be electrocuted slightly so they can chill him out and explain everything.
