Update SA - Chapter 1

So after some talk with people on Discord I've decided that this is a good spot to end chapter 1 of Single again. Right now the entire file is pushing 4gigs and I don't want it to be much bigger than that for each chapter. So, since the last release I've been working on polishing up what has been made so far.
Here is a list of what I've been adding to the game:
- Changed the code for non-looping videos. They can be skipped now, so you no longer have sit through all of them.
- Adding code to stop the text box from flashing in and out when a different character talks.
- Adding dissolves during conversations so it looks more animated.
- Fixing spelling and grammar errors. There are a ton of them early on in the story.
- Redoing some images and videos. Some of the images from the beginning of the game are ruuuuufffff... So I've been remaking them so they're up to the same standard as later game images.

- Music and sound effects. I haven't added any yet. But it's on the to do list.
So this is going to be the next big update, I know a lot of you would rather have all new content, but this needs to be done. I'm looking at the end of October for this to be released.
The credits at the end will be permanent, so if you don't want your name in them send me a message and I'll keep it out. I use the name that you use for Patreon. If it looks like a real name I only use the last initial (eg. John Smith = John S.)
After this is done, I'll be starting Chapter 2. Since the set up is already done, the story will progress much faster with the golden trio. Build up (or not) relationships with Beth, Vanessa, and Meiko. Plus a few new characters to play around with.;)

I can't get the 0.14 verse except in text version . nether google or mega is supported on my laptop. can you send me something that can be downloaded so I can continue?

The thought of an update of my fav VN with no story development is a proper bummer, Finish Ch 1 then update and re-work while you are preping for Ch 2 part 1 release please? I need my SA fix im like a junky LOL

2021-09-28 19:11:32 +0000 UTCI don't think there is much to do, few renders, fix typos and find and replace -type code changes. It shouldn't take very long to do that. Then we have nice and clean chapter 1. [edit] I think biggest change is with Beth, there is better model for her which means almost if not all of her stills and animated scenes need rework.

2021-09-16 05:34:46 +0000 UTCYou can easily go wrong with sound effects. I hope you add option to turn them off. I personally hate the kissing sound effect from various games and for sex scenes they don't really work unless they are synced with the scene.

Your Discord traffic is busy busy busy. Lots of folks suggesting how you should proceed. Your Plan looks great. I look forward to every release.
