Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Here's the Jill Valentine model swap of the Christmas 2024 render, as mentioned in yesterday's release post. It's got a few issues I'm not 100% happy with, as sometimes happens with model swaps (sometimes different models don't play as well with a lighting setup, or there might be issues with how the pose deforms the mesh, etc.). Under normal circumstances I'd try to spend some time making some tweaks to mitigate the issues, but, since it's the holidays, I just went ahead and rendered it as-is. Overall, though, I still think it looks pretty good, and I hope you all enjoy it!

(Also, like with the Ada Wong version, the embedded render here is a native resolution JPEG; if you want lossless PNGs, you'll find both native resolution and half resolution copies in the archive!)

As for what's next, I'll be taking a small mental health break from Blender-ing most likely for the rest of the holidays, with a return to Blender sometime in early January. I've been extremely busy lately and could use a brief hiatus to spend my free time focusing on myself and recharging. I'll still be seeing you all on January 1st with a refreshed watermark-free MEGA archive link, though!

Similar to the recent Jill Valentine model swaps, this render technically uses the updated RE5 battlesuit Jill model, but since Jill is nude and has her RE3R hairstyle, I labeled this in the MEGA archive as a non-RE5 render. You can find this render in the following folder:
