Just a little vent post!
Added 2025-06-24 00:47:57 +0000 UTCIt's really eye opening when you make a game and get so much feedback. So far it seems like EVERYONE loves the game so much! Which I'm so grateful for, but everyone seems to view mc and Jayce differently!
Some people think mc should be less bold, while others say she should be even MORE dominant and not give into Jayce or apologize, while others say she's perfect as is.
Some say Jayce is too red flag and scary, but others say they want him even darker! They say he's not scary ENOUGH! And other's think he's just right????
It's really hard to please everyone, I'm realizing. I wish I could but it's just not possible! 😭
I'll have to do my best to give different options for mc as well as Jayce! I hope that will satisfy everyone! In the end, though it's my game and I can only do so much! Regardless, I want everyone to enjoy it to the fullest extent!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I left a comment on the game page, but I actually really love the MC as she is! A lot of otome FMCs are passive, so it was a nice surprise. And honestly I don't think it makes sense for her to be like that? She contrasts with Jayce, who is socially awkward, so she probably needs to be the person pushing things forward at the beginning (whilst Jayce is doing stuff behind the scenes that she's unaware of). And she has to be somewhat forward to have kissed him the night they met right? Either way, like everyone else said it's your game and I think you should stick to your overall vision for it. Sometimes feedback can be helpful and it adds to the game to take it on board, but sometimes it can clash with the vision of the game or add too much to the workload to be feasible. So it's completely up to you how to take it.

While playing i never had a problem with her personality and I just realized it, cause when reading comics, boy do i have a lot to say. This is way better than a dumb doormat fl. Crazy thing is she ain't even bold to me lol, she just has the typical reaction of a lot of laid back/ spontaneous girls.
