本題に入る前に今の体調を話させてください( ._. )"
インスタのストーリーを観てくださっている方はご存知かなと思いますが、一昨日まで体調不良が続いていました😔
6/13の微熱から始まり、6/20の朝に40℃まで上がりました（ ; ; ）
中々下がらないんだろうなと思ったいたら、6/25にほぼ平熱に戻り、今日も36度台をキープしています✨

ただ、他にも最悪な場所に帯状疱疹ができていて長時間座れなかったり、まだだるさや頭の違和感が残っていたりして完全復活という訳では無いのでもう少しの間安静にしたいなと思っています😣

何だか最近、頭痛だったり発熱だったり体調を崩されている方が多いイメージです🥲

友達の家は体調を崩す前に行きました😊

友達から保護猫を2匹引き取ったと連絡があったので遊びに行かせてもらいました

出発です。

友達の家は近くの別の市にあるのですが、思っていたより遠くて1時間かかりました🚗³₃

家に着くと最初は隠れていた猫ちゃんですが、私がいる事に慣れるとすぐに2匹並んで寝てました。

昼ごはんは手作りカップ寿司

友達と一緒に作りました(盛り付けも具材を考えるのもほぼ友達がしてくれたんだけどね)
ちなみにいくらは『人工イクラ』を使いました！本物との違いが分からなかったので安く食べたい時にはオススメです😊

昼食を食べた後は猫ちゃんと遊びました（一番上の動画）。

すごく元気。

慣れて膝に乗ってくれたの可愛かった🥰

Before I get down to business, let me tell you about my current physical condition ( . _. )"

As you may know if you've been watching my insta story, I was sick until the day before yesterday😔.

It started with a slight fever on 13 June and went up to 40°C on the morning of 20 June ( ;)).

I thought it wouldn't go down for a while, but on 25 June it returned to almost normal and is still in the 36°C range today✨.

However, I have shingles in the worst places and can't sit for long periods of time, and I still have a headache and lethargy, so I'm not completely recovered yet, so I'd like to rest for a little while longer 😣.

I have the image that many people have been suffering from headaches, fever or other health problems recently 🥲.

This time I'm posting 1 selfie ➕ 4 photos of cats and other things ➕ a short video of me playing with my cats 🐱.

I went to my friend's house before I got sick😊.

My friend informed me that she had taken in two shelter cats, so I went to visit her!

Departure.

My friend's house is in another city nearby, but it was further away than I expected and took an hour🚗³₃.

When I arrived at the house, the cats were hiding at first, but as soon as they got used to my presence, they were sleeping side by side.

Cute🥺🤍.

Lunch was homemade cup sushi.

I made it with a friend (my friend did most of the serving and thinking of the ingredients).

By the way, we used 'artificial salmon roe' for the salmon roe! I couldn't tell the difference between it and the real thing, so I recommend it if you want to eat cheap 😊.

After lunch we played with the cat.

She was very energetic.

They got used to me and rode on my lap, it was so cute 🥰.

I wish I could bring healing to cat lovers│˶˙˶)꜆🤍.
