ちょっと雑談

なんだか、最近すごく眠気が強くて朝中々起きられません😪
待ちに待った春だというのに💦

朝起きられないから夜寝られないという悪循環に陥っています(•ᴗ•; )

同じような方いらっしゃいますか？
調べたら春は睡眠の問題が起きやすいみたいです💭
春は生活に変化が起きやすいから、知らないうちにストレスが溜まってしまうようで…。

お気に入りのASMRを聴いて少しでもストレスを溜めないようにしたいところですね💦

徐々に直したいなと思いつつ、良く考えたら私の場合は季節関係なく、睡眠に関してのこの問題は昔から抱えているのでどうしたら良いのか難しいところです😵

Just a quick chat

I've been feeling very sleepy lately and can't get up in the morning 😪.

I've been waiting for spring to come 💦.

I can't get up in the morning, so I can't sleep at night, and it's a vicious cycle.

Is there anyone else like me?

I've done some research and it seems that spring is the time when sleep problems tend to occur 💭.

Spring is prone to changes in my life, so I seem to get stressed out without realizing it....

I'd like to listen to my favorite ASMR and try to avoid as much stress as possible 💦.

I'd like to fix it gradually, but when I think about it, it's hard to know what to do because I've always had this problem with sleep, regardless of the season in my case 😵.
