今回はリクエストいただいた、ステンレスとシリコンで唇をぺちぺちと叩いたりストローを舐める動画です(^^)/

今日は森林浴をするために自然豊かな場所に行っていました🌳🐋
また、最近は平日の昼休みに職場の近くにある小さな公園まで散歩に行っています。
森林浴を定期的にするとストレスが溜まりにくくなるそうですね。
ストレスが溜まってしまいがちな方は、ぜひ緑の多い場所に行って森林浴してみてください!(^^)!

Today I was at a natural place to take a forest bath 🌳🐋.
Also, recently I have been going for a walk to a small park near my office during my lunch break on weekdays.
I hear that regular forest bathing helps reduce stress.
If you tend to get stressed out, please go to a green place and take a forest bath! (^^)!
