今まで自撮りをしてこなかったのでポージングをどうしようか迷いましたが、結局毎回似たようなものになってしまいます🤕
後、手を精一杯伸ばしても全身を撮るのが難しかったので、スマートフォン用のカメラ台も使用して撮影しました。
ここだけの話、仕事の日はファンデーションとリップ、眉を描くくらいであとはほぼすっぴんだったりします('ω')ノ

I haven't taken selfies so far, so I was wondering what to do with the poses, but in the end it ends up being similar every time 🤕
Also, it was difficult to take a picture of the whole body even if I stretched out my hand as much as I could, so I also used a camera stand for smartphones to take pictures.
Only here, on work days, foundation and lipstick, drawing eyebrows is almost no makeup ('ω') ノ
