I basically commute by car, and thankfully I work in an air-conditioned room, so I don't feel much heat. So I was surprised when I went to take out the trash the other day. Sweat just a few minutes outside 💦 Hot and hot (´ρ`) 💦

I respect those who work in the hot weather and those who commute in the hot weather m(__)m I have friends who work in the factory, but the heat from the machine is amazing and the factory itself He said that the air conditioner does not work because it is wide. I hear that heat stroke becomes more severe without noticing it, so please take measures such as hydration before you feel it is difficult. I'm sure you guys are better off than I am 💦

最近とっても暑いですが体調を崩されたりしていませんか？(;´･ω･)

私は基本的に車移動ですし、ありがたいことに冷房の効いた部屋で仕事をしているのであまり暑さを感じることがありません。なので先日ゴミ出しに行った時はびっくりしました。数分外に出ただけで汗が💦暑い暑い(´ρ`)💦

暑い中お仕事をされている方や暑い中通勤されている方には尊敬しかありませんm(__)m私には工場で働く友達がいるのですが、機械からの熱はすごいし工場自体が広いので冷房はあってないようなものだと言っていました。そのような状況もしくはもっと過酷な状況で働かれている視聴者様もおそらくいらっしゃるのではないかなと思います。

熱中症は気づかないうちに重症化すると聞きますから、しんどいと感じる前から水分補給等の対策をしてくださいね。きっと皆さんのほうが私よりも対策されているのだと思いますが💦

仕事が終わって家に帰ったら、冷房の効いた部屋でASMRを聴いてゆっくり休まれてくださいね😪zzz
