The Deal (Part 1)
Added 2024-08-30 21:43:09 +0000 UTCOkay! Here it is more or less. And just under the wire. I had a heck of a time with the sound mix on this one. That damn robo voice... you have no idea how long I spent trying to get it to pronounce Cervitaur correctly. (It never happened.) I'd hoped to release a version with no music as well but I just couldn't get it to export. I'll have to get to that later. I really wanted to get this one done before the labor Day weekend. I cut a little for the sake of time but that stuff will just be added into the next installment. I also had one of the hair animation files for the woman in the white dress become corrupted, so there is a patch of hair that just floats in the air. (Sighs...) It pretty much effects all the shots in that sequence but there's no way to fix it other than redoing all the whole thing so it's just going to have to stay in there. Animating horses and similar hooved animals is HARD and I had a hell of a time with it. You're also right about the proportions of the character. One of the problems I often have is that when I put a character together is that they look proportional at the time, but then when I put them into the scene they look odd with the camera in Poser. Posers camera system is a bit finicky and it can be a nightmare to work with for both perspective and movement. I plan on do more centaurs in the future so I appreciate your input. I will keep your suggestions in mind for future animations. There will be more centaurs in the next installment but to be honest they are pretty lousy too lol.

Let me just start by saying the dragon transformations were INCREDIBLE. You absolutely outdid yourself on them. I Especially liked the 4 armed golden dragoness at the end: She was an absolutely incredible cap to the video, and was really majestically designed. I also think that the dragoness at 6:55 was extremely eye catching, if only for how well her twin tail hairstyle and dual colored hair looked from an artistic standpoint. very unique and eye pleasing. now, I do have to fault a few parts; while I'm generally a huge fan of centaurs, I think that the castle guard at 4:00's transformation was a flop. While I very much think her humanoid aspect was well done (Giving her antlers was an extremely good way to increase how majestic and unique she appeared), she just ended up looking goofy with her horse lower half. Specifically, it was significantly smaller in size/mass than her upper body, making one wonder how it was holding her up. It didn't have to look muscular, just it should have been increased in scale/size a bit to look like it could support her upper body IMO. The AI voice detracted a bit as well; there were several points where it used very poor inflection, and I almost think it might have been better with subtitles due to that. I hope I don't come off as overly harsh, just trying to offer my honest feedback and view rather than a generic "I loved it!". overall, after seeing this, I think a video 100% about dragon transformations would be neat to watch, simply because of how much they stood out in the video compared to the orc transformations.

But maybe you could ad subtitels for future projects? It really helps to understand when there is music in the background, together with other sound effects, and the voice acting is AI. Looking forward to your next uppload, whatever you decide to work on.
