九条纹身版本 - KujouMod Tattoo Ver.

Recovered from COVID. Finished Kujou Tattoo Version
目前已知的bug:
1. 光效可能会覆盖到头发上，不知道怎么修改
2. 大腿右侧的纹身贴图会闪烁，不知道怎么修改
Bugs already known:
1. Light effects of the tattoo will also show on the hair, I don't know how to fix it.
2. There will be glitch on the left leg, which close to the tattoo. IDK how to fix it.
