Chapter 3 Episode 3 - Changelog

Here is the public changelog for Chapter 3 Episode 3. This episode has more content than the previous ones and it should stay like that for future updates too. I finally caught up the delay due to the introduction of the new chapter.
Changelog:
- 8 new events
- Some addition to existing events.
- Office trip is now repeatable
- Introduction of a new character
- New core mechanic: Contract negotiation (it will become an important part of the office)
- Able to unlock previous Charlotte's scenes during the new office trip
- Added even more old actions to the tracker for new players (almost complete)
- Fixed reported bugs
