What do I mean by character development speed?
The speed at which you become intimate with certain NPCs in the game.
For you, is this pace suitable?

Too long and people will simply lose interest. Time is valuable and should not be squandered to accomplish nothing. There are many other alternatives. I like this game but honestly the grind has killed it for me. I can not justify doing the same things over and over. When I try to accomplish an event star it usually fails because someone was not at the designated mood level or some other event occurred. I feel like a rat in a very large maze and the cheese is simply not worth the trouble.

I don't mind having a slow/difficult progression with Rachel, she should be the last one to fall. Susan is an other case, not sure she is on the menu, although I'd love that too.

I believe we are doing very fast with Linda and mediocre with Chloe and Emily. Will Suzan be on the menu or only in the "Friends zone" ? I believe MC must have one night stand with all girls at some point soon but then he has to earn his daily sexual pleasure with them. Its Like Emily, she gave him one time anal job yet he has to make her trust or love for more ;)
